2 Ingredient Biscuits

2 Ingredient Biscuits

I am once again amazed at how simple and delicious a 2 ingredient recipe can be! I recently tried a 2 Ingredient Pizza Dough and was very impressed with the delicious results. So when I came across another similar recipe for biscuits, it was a no-brainer that I would try this also! These biscuits were so light and fluffy with just a hint of cherry sweetness. Perfect served warm with a little butter and a cup of coffee or tea.

Not only are these biscuits very tasty, they are also so very quick to make. This took 10 minutes to mix and cut into biscuits. And another 9 minutes to bake. I was in biscuit heaven in less than 20 minutes! I'll be doubling the recipe next time because I ate 3 biscuits with one cup of coffee. This recipe makes 8 biscuits. By the way...I also have a recipe for making your own 'Low Fat Bisquick Mix'. I've used it many times and it works perfectly! Check it out **here**.

2 Ingredient Biscuits

What I love about this biscuit recipe is that you can customize the recipe in soooo many ways. I made mine using cherry yogurt. You can use any flavor yogurt you like such as chocolate, peach, strawberry, blueberry, apple cinnamon or even plain yogurt. You can easily add just a few more ingredients such as cheddar cheese and garlic to create a copycat Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit.

Give this recipe a try in the flavor of your choice! Then comeback here and let me know how it turned out! I know I'll be trying apple cinnamon next time...then chocolate after that...and probably blueberry soon after. ***Smiles***
2 Ingredient Biscuits

INGREDEINTS:
2 cups Bisquick

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
In a medium size bowl mix together the Bisquick and yogurt.
Roll the dough to 1/2 inch thickness on a Bisquick dusted surface.
Cut the dough with a biscuit cutter.
I was able to make 8 biscuits.
Place the biscuits on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake
on middle rack for 8 - 10 or until golden brown.
